They analyze the status of the production or manufacturing department of the business and identify relevant actions to improve its current status.  Master Black Belts assists the Black Belt in the execution of the project. They also assist the Yellow, Green Belts and basically everyone in the team to make sure that Six Sigma project is implemented accordingly.
