Six Sigma Continuous Improvement PowerPoint

This PowerPoint template shows the expertise levels of a Six Sigma practitioner. The levels have an arrow gauge with gradient shades from yellow for the beginner and then slightly darken to black as it approaches the upper levels. The first level of the module is enclosed in mustard yellow and entitled LSS Awareness for Lean Six Sigma and Lean Awareness for Lean Modules. The next levels are Lean Process and Tools for Lean and Yellow Belt LSS Awareness for Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma. Those are followed by Green Belt 1 LSS Awareness for Lean Six Sigma and LSS Value Stream Mapping for Lean which is its last module. Lean Six Sigma continues to Green Belt 2 with LSS PGB2 and then Black Belt with LSS BB and lastly Master Black Belt with LSS MBB.
