Situational Leadership Style Diagram is a quadrant chart for business and leadership presentations. The color charts show the four phases in a situational leadership process. Like as shown on the XY axis of the diagram, this leadership style uses situational leadership style based on the levels of directive behavior and supportive behavior.
This Leadership Style Diagram was developed by Hersey and Blanchard. However, it emphasizes the following leader-employee relationship behavior demonstrated below:
S1: Directing follows high directive behavior and low supportive behavior.
S2: Coaching follows high directive behavior and high supportive behavior.
S3: Supporting follows low directive behavior and high supportive behavior
S4: Delegating follows low directive behavior and low supportive behavior
Hence, the diagrams are editable in PowerPoint. The users can change the elements on the situational strategy charts. For example, they can change the colors of the quadrants. They can write descriptions in the text boxes or rather inside the quadrants. While they can also replace the arrows or add clip arts and icons to make it more interactive. Generally, the users can customize the slides to their preferences.
