Kolb Learning Model PowerPoint Template

The Kolb Learning Model PowerPoint Template features an editable diagram showing the four stages of the Kolb model. In 1984, David Kolb developed this four-step learning model to promote effective learning. It is a continuous cycle in which the student keeps on learning and applying the insights to the situations in his life. It has four phases:

• Concrete Experience: The first phase of the cycle is where individuals are exposed to different learning situations or concepts as a real experience. 
• Reflective Observation: After passing through the hands-on experience, the students consider their work and think over the points to learn from them.
• Abstract Conceptualization: This phase includes creating perceptions and theories from what they have reflected from their experience in the previous stages.
• Active Experimentation: The final stage of the cycle involves applying the insights to other situations in life where they again start experimenting with new things as the first step.   

In this Kolb Learning Model PowerPoint Template, we have created a circular diagram with a thick outline.
