Two Dimensions Commulative Maturity Model

A Two Dimensions Cumulative Maturity Model can be found on this PowerPoint slide. The use of a maturity model allows an organization to have its methods and processes assessed according to management best practice, against a clear set of external benchmarks.

In this slide a chart has been created from five colored clip art icons to form a composite diagram. Alongside this diagram are five rectangles that feature additional triangles.
