Actions Definition Descriptive Slide
This slide aids presenters in the discussion of the third process in of the visual thinking methodology sequence – Define the Actions. The icon used to map this process metaphor is the traditional comment globe, located at the left of the process step. At the right side of the presentation, a colored block defines the section of the layout dedicated to text content. The focus of the Content for this slide should discuss how to define actions needed to attain the goal set for the proposed plan or idea. The actions will be estimated, resources will be assigned and a plan will be created scheduling the tasks. This actions will be aligned with the goal setting process, and will defined the tasks to be executed to achieve the defined indicators.
