End User or Consumer SCM Process Step

This is the last slide of the presentation and illustrates the final stage of the supply chain. It shows that the products or service has successfully reached the consumer or the end user. The end user represented here is a person. However, it could also be a group or persons, an organization or other companies. You may specify your target consumer in the space provided. This is an opportunity to discuss the company’s product expectations as it reached the end user. If customer feedback is available, it can also be a good starting point to tackle the product’s value chain.
