Business Model Canvas Value Proposition Customer Fit

This slide presents the relationship between the Business Model Canvas and the Value Proposition Canvas. As described in the Slide, the Value Proposition Canvas is a drill down view of the Value Proposition and Customer Segments Sections of the Business Model Canvas. When creating a Business Model, designers identify the customer segments and which are the value proposition the will deliver. In order to create true value, a specialized design must be tested and iterated. This experimentation (Value Proposition Design) is recorded in the value proposition canvas through the pivoting of hypotheses and facts in the customer profile and value map.
