Some economic experts argue that the future of globalization in different countries rely upon the local economic and political realities. Most pro-globalization entities see it as a way of economic growth that favors most the developing nations. In order to benefit from it, nations must abide by universal policies governed by organizations like the World Bank, World Trade Organization and the International Monetary Fund. However, there are also some who oppose to these rules and see them as a total disadvantage. Both ideas are opposed by a leading economist, Dani Rodrik. He argues that every nation’s economic status has its own individual circumstances and therefore should be handled with a tailor-fit solution instead of uniformed rules.
