Agile Design for PowerPoint Presentation
The simplicity of the agile methodology stemmed from the simplicity of the mechanisms and general availability of the tools involved. It started with absolutely nothing fancy – simply out of the most practical needs and its very fulfillment. A simple blackboard or white board, marker, colored post-its are the only necessary tools for this method. In fact, any addition to it is considered fancy. This simplicity and tool availability inevitably leads to the standardized method of development. It soon evolved to different structures with pretty much the same methodology.
