There are similar common practices and principles observed among different agile methods. Iterating early and regularly is the most common and basic management practice to all these methodologies. These iterations are planned with specified timeframe and a project begins by prioritizing a set of features. It is important to have a planned release at the first iteration. This iteration is continuously used and refined. And then whenever new information is discovered its immediately applied, tested and released. This process can be illustrated as an inverted pyramid.
