Team Strategy in Business

This PowerPoint design shows a full basketball court. It’s symbolic to the industry. It’s where the market, businesses and competition take place. Much like basketball, a business needs a strategic plan to keep the ball in its court until they score on time. If the member of the team who’s holding the ball didn’t have enough practice, he or she might lose the ball. Its analogous to a department that did not put enough attention to the business. Another cause of losing a ball is when a team member is not a team player. Maybe that member needs more experience, practice or maybe he or she is in the wrong team.
