No boots in the ground – Won’t Make Us Win

In a recent interview with Coach K, he compared fighting terrorism “without boots on the ground” isn’t the best bet for America to win. He mentioned “You’re not gonna tell the coach you’re not gonna play Grant Hill, JJ Reddik, Laettner,” pertaining to Duke’s former top players. This is definitely applicable to business; the best players in the team should get an opportunity to fight for the win.
In business, recruiting for the best people is only the beginning of the journey. The most important part is to let them use their skills to achieve business goals.
