Goal Definition Process Slide Design
This slide is designed to initiate the discussion on the first process involved with the visual thinking methodology, which is Define the Goal. As in all methodologies, goal definition is the first process in place in order to identify the expected result of the overall execution and define the performance indicators to measure progress. Goal definition is also required in order to ensure that all other processes will be focused on an aligned achievement initially set. This slide should help the audience understand the need of goal definition as the initial step in the visual thinking methodology and set the tone for the next process.
