The third stage of the butterfly’s life cycle is known as the chrysalis period. After the caterpillar has gorged itself and stored energy, instead of stretching it sheds its old skin and forms a new one around it. This happens a couple of times – maybe five or six – before the caterpillar within is ready to come out as the butterfly that we recognise. You might use this customisable slide as a vibrant metaphor to convince attendees to: look at their business and see what they can eject; make sure that they have gathered enough data; make the changes slowly and with purpose or decide upon a good design scheme.
