Customer and Product Development Interrelatedness
This slide describes the Problem Solution Validation Diagram. The customer development process combined with the agile product development is the modern approach startups have taken to become successful. This process is iterative and cyclical and its objective is to reach a product-customer fit. In the left side of the diagram exists a problem (or pain) discovered and validated through the Customer Development Process. In the right side of the diagram, a Solution for the problem exists, created through the Agile Product Development Process. Both sides collide in the Customer/Product Fit where validation takes place and feedback is generated. This feedback is re-introduced in the Customer and Product Development processes to iterate and adapt to it, restarting the cycle with an evolved product/solution and with a deeper knowledge of the customer.
