Shown on the presentation design is a four-colored concentric flat layers slide, which may be used to provide an overview of a long-term business procedure or construction project, the length of time required, and the corresponding percentages of completion of the different stages involved.

The PowerPoint slide presents a PowerPoint diagram created by four concentric layers. Each layer is a section of the circle it describes, its length referring to its corresponding state of completion. The layers are connected by thin lines to text placeholders where descriptions and labels may be inserted. The layers are created as circular PowerPoint shapes and are 100% editable through regular PowerPoint properties.
