When adjusting a PowerPoint presentation according to company branding, one of the first considerations is the placement of the logo. Based on the brand guidelines, a logo might be placed at a specific part of the slide, with certain color variations and adjustments. To adjust your logo for PowerPoint templates, you can add it individually for each slide and use the master slide to insert it to suit your needs automatically.
Best Way to Position Logos on a PowerPoint Slide
Insert Logo in PowerPoint
To position a logo on a PowerPoint slide, add it from your device and adjust it using the Ribbon menu options. The logo should be in a supported image format, such as PNG, JPEG, BMP, TIFF, SVG, etc.
For the below example, we will be using one of our logo PowerPoint templates to demonstrate how to best position logos on PowerPoint slides.

Position Logo According to Brand Guidelines
Once the logo is inserted as an image, you can drag and drop it to a suitable location on the slide. This might require looking into your brand guidelines to see which position is most suitable for the logo. For example, some organizations allow the official logo to be placed on any of the four corners of the slide, banner, standee, or other electronic or print material.
