It’s the stage of life where we should be enjoying the fruits of all the decades of hard work in the family, career, community and of course, money. This stage of the cycle implies that we have saved as much as 10 times more than our annual income before retirement. It also suggests that our savings and investment will have less activity or that it is placed under a more conservative option. In this stage, there’s most likely vacations with the spouse, lovely quiet moments at the spa or invigorating routines at the senior dance club. Basically just enjoying more of the things we used to not have time for.
