Subscription Cancellation Request

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the pre-paid period provided that the request was made in accordance with these cancellation instructions. We will confirm the cancellation of your subscription within 3 business days after receipt of your cancellation request. Cancellation of your subscription can be requested contacting our support team.

Refund request

At SlideModel, we offer a 3-day money back guarantee policy according to the terms described herein. If you cancel your subscription in accordance with this Policy within 3 days of placing your subscription order, we will, upon your written request, refund your prepaid fees within 30 calendar days. The refund will be processed through the same method as the original payment. Any bank fees and charges shall be borne solely by you.

At SlideModel we follow industry best practices in the management of subscriptions. Our system informs our subscribers about the renewal of the subscription 3 days before renewal date to the main email on the account. Our payment processors, also follow the same operative principle informing about the renewals 15 days before the renewal happen.

All purchases and renewals under promotional conditions (discounts, bundles or preferred price) are non-refundable.

All renewals of legacy plans are non-refundable

Environmental issues of your local device (software, hardware) do not force refund of your subscription. Our tech team will do its best to help you use our templates.

We reserve the right to reject your refund request if your request refers to the recurring payment or non controlled undesired renewals.
