As SlideModel AI uses Generative AI models like ChatGPT, Gemini, Dall-e, Stable Diffusion, and Flux, tokens are required to create content for the slides. All these models operate in a pay-as-you-use fashion. For this reason, SlideModel AI uses a similar pricing mechanism, and defines 3 different types of tokens.
- Tokens: These are Text tokens used during text content generation. They are consumed during the initial presentation creation and during the conversational edits. Take into account that if a long document is used as a source for the presentation content, then a large amount of tokens will be consumed in every conversation with the AI, due to context.
- Images: Images are billed by Megapixel by the generative AI models. We simplified the mechanism by just providing “Image” Tokens, where 1 token means 1 photo or image.
- Icons: Icons are billed by download by the generative AI models. We simplified the mechanism by just providing “Icon” Tokens, where 1 token means 1 icon.

We have a daily and a monthly token quota. You can check at any time at the credits section in the SlideModel AI dashboard, which will show your remaining tokens.
My presentation consumed tokens but the slides were not properly generated. How can I fix this?
