Does PowerPoint have a built-in calendar slide?
PowerPoint has no calendar generator. You either insert a 7-column table and type every date yourself, or start from a template made for one specific year. This tool generates the table for any month or year, with the dates, the week start and your events already in place.
How do I change the year in a PowerPoint calendar template?
In a fixed-year template you have to retype or shift every date, because the weekday each month starts on changes from year to year. Here you change the year or month and the slide redraws — then download a fresh editable copy whenever you need the next year.
Can I type into the calendar after downloading it?
Yes. Every month is a native PowerPoint table, so each day is a table cell: click it and type, or change fills, borders and fonts with PowerPoint's table tools. Today's circle is a separate shape you can move or delete.
Will the calendar slide work in Google Slides and Keynote?
Yes. PowerPoint tables come through Google Slides' File › Import slides and open in Keynote with the grid intact, so the same download works in all three.
Is the PowerPoint calendar free?
