You can cancel any time, the cancellation will allow access until the end of the current subscription and has the same effect as turning off the auto-renew option. If you only want to stay for a single period, you can subscribe and cancel the subscription or contact our support and we will help you.
We create templates that are fully editable. This is what helps you to save most of your time, allowing to customize the templates as per your convenience or presentation needs. Most of our designs (despite some exceptions) are created with shapes & text boxes, giving you flexibility to change the shape colors or apply special effects.
Some of our subscription plans include SlideModel.AI, our AI Presentation Maker tool. With SlideModel.AI you can generate presentations with Artificial Intelligence.
We create templates with compatibility in mind. We know some users prefer to use Google Slides instead of Microsoft PowerPoint. Most of our templates are compatible with Google Slides, yes. There are some exceptions, e.g. templates that use PowerPoint 3D capabitilies or features that are available only in PowerPoint, but not in Google Slides. Anyway, in the product page you can check the supported versions and confirm that a specific template is supported in Google Slides.

Yes, you can upgrade your account to a higher plan at any time. If you have any doubts on how this process works, you can contact us via our support center.
In Individual plans, the license is assigned to the individual, while in Business plans the licenses are assigned to the "organization", allowing them to be transferred to other employees in the future. Furthermore, Business plans accept Purchase Orders through a procurement process.
We can offer you additional user seats (upgrade the number of licenses). The upgrade possibilities depend on your plan. Contact us via support center if you want to increase the number of users.
